Purchasers of China Medbook who cannot locate a particular product or company can obtain free assistance (up to 12 requests) from LSP staff for 1 year after date of purchase. This service includes any request that can be handled by telephone, fax or
e-mail.

Examples of requests

  • Finding a product not listed in the directory. LSP has at is disposal significant information on Chinese manufacturers. LSP Shanghai staff will use its best efforts in reviewing information on hand or contacting manufacturers in China to find a product not listed in the directory.

  • Contacting a manufacturer in the directory to request samples to be sent to you.

  • Contacting a manufacturer in the directory to inquire about a specification or specific request.

  • Requests for literature from a manufacturer. (1 company is 1 request)

  • One 20-minute phone call with the President of LSP in Shanghai regarding the medical device market in China or supplier advice. (Long Distance charges to be paid by the customer)

  • Finding a hotel or flight information if you are traveling in China (Customer is responsible for booking)
